Am i at risk for NIPT scan?
Im 21 weeks pregnant now, NT scan and double marker showed low risk but anomaly scan shows hypoplastic nasal bone one side 2.1 and other side missing . Rest everything fine.No history of hormonal difficulties in family.nt scan measurements for nasal bone  were 4.3 mm, how its reduce by 2.1 now? Is that just a scaning mistake? Please suggest something.

You can go for a repeat sonography at a different Centre.  But if you get a similar report then NIPT  will have to be done.

Repeat sonography from foetal medicine experts to have second opinion....and to rule out other anomaly...and amniocentesis remains the confirmatory one...
