Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. First, I would recommend you to approach your consulting  doctor and share this feedback, so that he/she  can advice you the change of medicine that can balance your prolactin level. While this happens, just be aware that medicines are just one part for any psychic treatments and they help in control or bring balance in your emotions. However, In parallel you need to follow certain non medicine treatment plan like changes in your lifestyle, excersise, self behavioral therapies, dietary, counseling session to get a long term or permanent cure for your problem. Are you doing any of these ?. If not, Don worry. you need a Psychologist help to  understand your symptoms and recommend a suitable non medicine treatment plan that you can follow practically. Here, it is important to know for which disorder you have been prescribed. No doubts that amisulpride can cause amenorrhea or menstrual disturbances. You should consult with your psychiatrist for alternative medicine and dose reduction in amisulpride. Consider other causes of hyper prolactin level.
Next Steps
Check your estrodiol level too

Hello, Yes it can cause menstrual disturbance. Increased prolactin level and its effects can be taken care off by adjusting dosage or adding drug when taken along with amisulpride. If needed you can be shifted to a drug which do not increase prolactin.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Do not stop your medication as it may worsen your symptoms. Best Wishes.
