Firstly you should ask to a consultant coz amla juice is not good for everyone ,if u don't have any issues and still just want add it in your diet ...u can use amla powder or amla fruit instead of juice coz it is very heavy to digest
Health Tips
you can add 1tsp powder in your curd/ raita/cury/daal ,or in your daily meal, this will add more benefits instead of juice

It's important to clarify why you intend to consume amla juice first. Once we have that information, we can provide appropriate dosage and timing recommendations.

Hi! First you need to specify the reason for which you are taking Amla. The dosage & timing will depend on that, and also your prakruti. (Body Type)
Next Steps
Consult an Ayurvedic physician before taking any herb, because they do have side effects. Plus it is always better have it in the form of fruit, powder or tablets. As lesser chance of preservatives being there.
Health Tips
-Amla is should be taken in precaution by diabetic people. -It has bad effects if you are a kapha type body. -It is not recommended if you have a healing wound. -
