I had a fall and hit my head over the left ear very hard yesterday. The area is very tender to touch and mildly swollen. We went to emergency yesterday, CT scan came out normal. They have Pyregesic 1000 and Pan40 for three days. However, there is this constant drowsiness that persists. Kindly of fatigued and a headache as well. Is it normal...?

Yes you will have some drowsiness and headache If you have constant giddiness vomiting any ear discharge. Kindly go to nearest neurosurgeon and get evaluated
