Alternative for dermadew acne soap??

Respected doctor's I'm using dermadew acne soap from last couple of years,after dermatologist told me to use the soap,but now due to lockdown I'm unable to find dermadew soap in nearby medicals,so shall I use dove white as an alternative,can u suggest me an alternative soap please reply 🙏🙏

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
