I am on treatment for anxiety disorder.. Currently taking 1.Tab.Franxit 2.Tab.Petril Beta 10mg I have consulted an Ayurveda physician who adviced me some herbal meds 1.Ashwagandha 2.Bhrami 3.Himalaya mentat Is it safe to take it both Also if ayuveda works shall i taper Allopathic meds.
