From past 10 days day by day my wife's ankles were swelling gradually, may I know the reason is that any symptoms of pregnancy, we never did any test until now neither consulted any doctor, and i wanna know is it pregnancy symptom, i heard vomitings and hiccups and stopping periods were the main symptoms.and can i use pregnancy test kit to confirm

No , it is not a pregnancy symptom, get a thyroid test done and also haemoglobin test to find out the cause of swelling
