Should you take anti stress medicine on physiologist recommendation and when you don't have support system after stopping medication? How will be the root cause address?

The root cause can be endogenous ( no contributing external factors) or exogenous ( psychosocial factors ) . If purely endogenous medications are the mainstay of treatment if exogenous both medications and therapy work. Good luck
