It is good that you are avoiding junk food and oily food and have lost 5 kg. But please consider following this diet
Try incorporating oats for your breakfast( not the instant one) steel cut oats more beneficial
Include green leafy Vegetables daily, it has potassium which will eliminate sodium from your body and prevents retention of water
Restrict the amount of salt to 3/4 tsp a day.
Fill up your tummy with high water content foods like cucumber and watermelon, so you will be less hungry.
Walk daily for 30 min apart from going to gym.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drinks. If you are a smoker plan to quit
