It’s IgG so not to worry. But would like to see other STIs screening results as well. You might have other underlying issues. CMV treatment is little complicated but no need for treatment as per your reports. But should examine properly for your urethritis and suggest further.

IgG positive test result indicates past infection, there's no active infection as your IgM is normal. If you have any symptoms of urethritis consult with a venereologist in your area

You should not take this lightly as there are serious consequences of it. You need a detailed history and work up to know the underlying pathology.
Health Tips
eat healthy food, include more green vegetables and fruits Try to stay in hygienic environment as much as possible till your diagnosis is made. also, don't panic, since its chronic and and has not deteriorated, so it means your immunity is still fighting.

In the report it is IgG which is shown as positive. IgM is negative. IgG antibodies show an old infection which is not active at present. So no treatment is indicated.
