Breastfeeding mom suffering from dengue

Hello, I am a Breastfeeding mom and suffering from dengue fever, I am having body ache, high fever, fatigue and weakness. My questions are:- 1. I heard that papaya leave's juice is helpful in dengue, can I take this if I am Breastfeeding mom. 2. My bp was 100/70 yesterday, is it a concern? 3. I am not having fever from last 8 hours, but still feeling very low and weak. 4. My platelets count was 2.5 lac and wbc was 4600 on Monday, Tuesday it goes down to 1.53 lac and 2300. 5. How much time it takes to recover from dengue and low platelets. Today is my 4th day of illness. 6. I am taking plenty of fluid (water), kiwi, coconut water. 7. I am on Medicines:- lanol er, l cin 500, rabeprazole sodium and domperidone dsr. Thanks in advance.

U need not worry... Already doing great Watch for one more day... If  no fever then u r already on recovery Complete recovery and well being takes few more days.. No study about papaya in scientific researchs Platelets seem to be adequate
