Bulky anteverted uterus size in (10.6X5.58X4.53cm)...does it need any operation?.or medical treatment can cure it...!

Please It is not a serious problem Is it associated with irregular menstrual cycle, heavy bleeding etc Please reply Meanwhile take Ashokarishta 20 ml Twice a day for 3 months Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Avoid surgery at present
