My dad has low hemoglobin like 11.6 range 12-17 he is having diabetes and liver disease I searched on google it says cancer please say is it normal he doesn't have any symptoms his ferittin is normal but his iron is low like 55 please tell I'm worried

Don't go by google. Get a check up by doctor. Liver disease can be a reason
