Hello doctors! My father is 54yr old, he works as a bus driver and he travels long distances due to that he eats hotel food most of the time. 7 yr back we notice something inside his mouth, we went to the doctor and did some tests later doctors did some surgery and removed that part. Now after 7yr again we noticed the same thing. We are confused don't know what to do and we don't have any idea why this is happening again. I have attached the report below pls have a look at that.
