I understand your concern , at a young age what you are going through is really a vulnerable state .but you will be alright .Don't panic .And tell someone you are close to , that you are into this state
I would recommend you that since you are too emotionally unstable , you may not be able to come out of this on your own.
Don't get captured with suicidal thoughts , everything will be fine , Also you will come out if this definitely , nothing is permanent.
Immediately you need to see a counselor.
Besides that at home:
Stay more and may be also sleep with a friend or relative with whom you are comfortable sharing your talks
Try to activate yourself
Get enrolled into other hobbies , may be you can't focus on them, still try
Believe that you will be fine , don't panic , never think of suicide , we are here to pull you out of your problems .
Pl approach a counselor , we need to understand and identify the roots from where you have reached this state.
I also give online sessions, face to face and in special case , I hv home visits.
