I have cold from 4 months. I also have dry cough, I have a jammed nose every day. Please give me any solution

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. Since your allergy seems to be seasonal shorter course also may be sufficient
