Confused about adhd

I consulted two psychiatrists regarding my cognitive challenges. The first psychiatrist diagnosed me with ADHD and OCD, subsequently prescribing Concerta. This medication initially improved my focus; however, he later refused to prescribe stimulants due to certain regulations surrounding telehealth. In contrast, the second psychiatrist assessed me and concluded that I do not have ADHD but solely OCD. Nonetheless, I experience significant attention difficulties, to the extent that I struggle to read without frequent distractions and can only engage with videos for no longer than five minutes. These challenges have impacted my academic performance, and I fear I may have failed an exam as a result. Whenever I attempt to read a passage, I consistently overlook key information. What steps should I take next?
