You might be having gastroesophageal reflux. Avoid outside food and bakery stuff. Avoid milk at bedtime. Have food at regular intervals. Have early dinner. Avoid oily foods, chocolates especially at night. Cap. Sompraz IT 1-0-0(1/2 hour before breakfast) for 10 days might be of help. Cap. Procraft once a day after food for a month (preprobiotic)
Health Tips
avoid using tender coconut water. Avoid citrus fruits

Burping without any reason could be habitual. Especially If you are making sound along with the burp. Sleeping immediately after eating food or drinking lot of water along with food may increase the trouble
