Continuously lar water coming

Continuously lar water coming out from my son mouth,pls suggest why it is? What can I do to stop this.

Hi. I am a pediatric dentist so I can assure you not to worry as you have mentioned the age of your son to be 2 yrs. His primary dentition comes under intermittent stage of eruption leading to itchy gums sometimes though it occurs before at the time of teething but it occurs at this stage too so as a result drooling of saliva occurs . Noted first rule out all extra oral causes like rhinitis etc.

If he has a nose block, he may be keeping his mouth open causing saliva to come out. Please consult a paediatrician if required
