Yes it can be do RTPCR. Ans start symptomatic treatment Nimesulide Paracetamol - for headache and fever. Ivermectin Antibiotics- azithromycin/doxycycline Vit c + zinc.
Next Steps
if RTPCR comes positive do CRP , CBC , S.FERRETIN.
