It appears, the pt is suffering from sequele of past infection.Pl treat symptomatically.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.

They’re old healed lesions , probably pertaining to a previous pulmonary infection (likely TB) . However this damaged portion can be a nidus for recurring infections. Appropriate timely antibiotics, mechanisms for better clearing secretions and precautions to prevent infectious triggers are to be taken .
