Replied to Dr.Mansoor Mirza Sir thanks for your reply🙏🙏 You told me that scrotum itching might be coz of scabies.is there any permanent cure for scabies in homeopathy. I am little confused Few doctors adviced me not to trim public hair but some others told me to trim public hair!! Similarly some Doctor's told me to use soap on scrotum but others suggested not to use soap. So please tell me what's are the foods to avoid while having SCROTUM itching. Also what are the things triggering this skin infection ?

Send me Pictures of affected skin for better diagnosis and treatment. Avoid Soap and shampoo, Avoid Pungent spicy food, keep the affected area Dry.
