Cut /ulcer in mounth

Hi. I've had a cut underneath the inside of my underlip close to my gums for 2 days now. It hurts pretty much. I've had this before a couple of times, and ive read online that it can mean that i have Hiv. The cut has a yellow/greyish colour now. Could this be a sign of hiv. I havent been sexually active for a while and im not expieriencing any other common hiv symptoms. Could it be that the cut comes from strechting my mounth while it was dry, thats when i felt i ripping. Is that possible ?

It's more likely that you may have cut your gums by brushing hard and fast which could've caused the trauma to the gum and caused the cut. If you are anxious about the HIV virus you ca do an ELISA test for HIV. Kindly have more of vitamin B complex intake which will help with the mouth ulcers to heal.
