Hi. Greetings. Persistent recurrent thick dandruff may not be just dandruff, could also be due to psoriasis. So please consult a dermatologist near you or visit me if you are from Bangalore. You'll mostly otherwise need antifungal shampoos and also even tablets if the dandruff has been persistent.
