I am so sorry to hear about how you are feeling. Lots of healing for you. My dear, I can only imagine what you must be going theiught but Pls remember that you are not alone and taking your own life is not a solution. There is always help available. You have your entire life ahead of you, you shall succeed. What you are describing does seem like depression and the insomnia can be caused by depression, its usually a repercussion of that. I would strongly suggest that you seek counselling, I am here to help you as well. It always helps to speak your heart out, we can find a solution together. Till then, take a nice deep breathe and take a break from all the thoughts going on in your mind. Practise deep breathing, its very powerful. Feel better soon.
