Does not eat even mash food/ liquid food

As my grandmother is half body paralyzed. She is only dependent on liquid food and soup and mashed food. We have observed she has stopped eating food as maybe she is not able to push it down through food pipe.

Age age is more , need proper clinical and personal history.  Have to go through xray chest and ABG findings . Consult of u want a proper advice
