Is double IUI more successful than single IUI? Which one should we opt ? What are reasons for failure of IUI when both tubes open, semen quality ok etc? What is success rate for single n double IUI ?

Double IUI increases the success rate of pregnancy. In a single IUI the success rate is 10% and in double IUI the success rate is 20% . It is indicated when the sperm count is less than 1 million / ml. It is also tried when the follicle doesn't rupture within 36 hours after the HCG injection.
