Others include pain in stomach left side , then brown yellowish sputum , completely was on bed rest became so tired and weak , didn't go to clg , vomiting just once recently and watery  stool ( loose motion ) , I took yesterday lorantan and calpol ,today erythromycin , just tell me diagnosis and the medicines to take
