Mam/Sir for 1 year I was involved in watching movies and listening songs so my ears were quite often exposed to somewhat loud noise of movies and songs while using earphones so my query is will it have caused any permanent damage to hearing capacity of ear. If u can answer I will be very much thankful to u sir/mam...🙏??

Hearing loud noises for prolonged periods can definitely contribute to hearing loss. .
Next Steps
Get your ears assessed by a nearby ENT surgeon and then go for a pure tone audiometry test to know if there is actual hearing loss or not..
