Enterogermina for 1.5 year old baby

Hi, My baby diagnosed with diarrhea along with blood and mucus. And passed the loose stool 6 times in 10 mins as side effect to taking p120 paracetamol oral suspension for viral fever without cold. Now the paed advised Enterogermina twice a day for two days. I have a 4 minibottles 5ml each from the pharmacy. Should it be 2.5ml twice or 5ml twice daily?
