Erratic readings glucometer

Was asked to check Blood sugar at fasting, 1 hour post every meal as FBS was 115. Tested today with accucheck active : FBS : 78, 1 hour post breakfast: 84 (tested thrice it showed 52,80 and 84) , 1 hour post lunch : 150. I am not on any medicine for sugar. Not consuming any sugar except a fruit or 2 . Do these readings make sense or should i get my glucometer (newly purchased) checked?

Consult Now
1hr post meal is asked especially in pregnancy. Normal sugar levels are different in pregnant and non-pregnant adults. Plus sugar levels greatly depend on your meal. So all parameters have to be checked.
