I'm currently 15weeks pregnant, taking thyroid medication, lmwh injections daily, along with omnacortil 5mg, torchnil, and Folic acid, Iron, Calcium supplements. This is my 2nd pregnancy, I had miscarriage in 1st pregnancy at 11weeks because of unknown reason. I have fever 99.7 since last night, little throat infection, body ache. Doctor has advised to take Espidase D tab twice a day and CBC test. But I read espidase if not safe during pregnancy. Shall I still take? Is it completely safe or not? Kindly advise.

You can take Tab paracetamol 500 mg for fever,its safe.
