Exhausting to breath, severe chest pain

Ive been suffering with random pain in random places all my life. The most painful of these are a constant discomfort in my back, a burning sensation in my chest when inhaling (not constant), and breathing feels exhausting, esoecially inhaling. I also have a constant feeling of fatigue.
