Hello Doctor, I m using Concave Specs of power -0.5 Diopter so i dont want to use specs. So pls tell me Can i get my eye sight back.

Actually your power is negligible. You can manage without glasses. You just move few feet nearer to the object you want to see , you will be able to see the same object clearly.
