Facing problems in digestion

Hi , A friend of mine who is very sensitive facing problems in her digestion and she told me that she couldn't  even digest an egg, pulse or dairy products like milk or ghee, etc. she also told me about her monthly diet what she eats in weeks ,she took a pulse with palak some time , even khichdi once in a week, and some spicy junk food once or twice in a week or month but she likes to eat spicy food too but all these veggies she ate in her diet doesn't helped her in maintaining her digestion. so please help me to find a way to help her.

You are 18 years old. So I presume that your friend also must be about the same age. He can safely seek a proper consultation with a General Physician with all his symptoms. Hello Few will have lactose intolerance in which milk and milk products will cause indigestion, pulses can be problematic because of its fiber component (but only if taken in large quantities). Better to opt for lactose free milk, and avail other protein sources with digestive enzymes instead of pulses and egg (if causing indigestion).
