Few will have lactose intolerance in which milk and milk products will cause indigestion, pulses can be problematic because of its fiber component (but only if taken in large quantities). Better to opt for lactose free milk, and avail other protein sources with digestive enzymes instead of pulses and egg (if causing indigestion).
