Now a days no hope about future self care ambition nothing feeling worst feeling sleepy but couldn't able to sleep always thinking on negative things kindly help me to recover from this by giving exact solution

The normal range for BMI is 25. So, the weight should be around 60-65 kgs depending upon body factors. Maintaining a healthy weight is also important for your heart health. The sleepy feeling and laziness also results into negativity. My suggestion is as follows: 1. Regular exercise to loose weight. 2. Reduce oily, fatty foods (don't stop at once but reduce it step-by-step). 3. Consult a dietician (if you feel the need). 4. Meditate regularly to keep your mind fresh. 5. Consult after a week, then at fortnight, then at month later to keep track the changes.
