The treatment of tuberculosis take time in resolution of symptoms. Nausea vomiting are common adverse effects of tuberculosis treatment. If these conditions persists then go for liver function tests. Is this fever is new phenomenon ? Or getting  fever for few days ?

Hi.. I understand your problems. The treatment duration of tuberculosis is 6 months, which means it takes a lot of time to cure it. The body takes a minimum of one week to show improvement in the symptoms. One cannot expect improvement with just one dose of TB medicine. So reassure your brother that symptoms will settle in time. Few patients might get minimal nausea and vomiting while taking TB medicines. Consult your doctor LFT and vomiting medicines.
