Frequent uncontroled urination at night

Suffering for frequent urination at night but less amount of urine in the morning. Patient is non diabetic. Doctor suggested taking more water  in the morning and less in the evening but that didn't help much. Doctor also suggested taking Urimax 0.4 medicine for 1 month and another doctor advised bladmir s. Which medicine should be of choice? Recent USG study found insignificant urine retention in kidney.

She is most likely to have overactive bladder, as the ultrasound didn't show retention of urine, urimax is not much value. She would get benefit with Bladmir S at bedtime. Has to be continued for a longer period.
Next Steps
Restrict fluid intake after 6pm

A voiding diary may help with assessment of bladder capacity and uroflowmetry. These test indicate about well being of bladder function. If any abnormalities, detailed urodynamic study may be done to delineate the cause
