I'm 46 days pregnancy who have found sugar in blood and urine test. Sample taken in Govt.Hospital by today morning.

Depending on the levels, it will first be confirmed by a test called hba1c. Probably you had diabetes prior to pregnancy which went undetected. You will then be started on insulin and tablets depending on the results. If possible, visit a diabetologist for starting early treatment.
