I have a a hearing loss on my left side ear,sometimes i fell pain at its blocked my hearing sometimes,im afraid to go to the doctor personally

There are many causes for hearing loss with pain such as impacted wax inside your ear canal, eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold, acute otitis media etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
