High eosiophill count

My daughther Taahira used to get allergies in her palm and foot every now and then. When contacted her pediatric (he suggested for blood test) and initally it was noticed that eosinophill count is high around 750+. He gave tonics and asked to avoid certain food. We followed it max to an extend. But two days we noticed fungal infections in her head and the esonophil count now was 1500+. Can you please suggest, is it a serious cause and there is no permanent solution ?

Eosinophilia can be due to various causes Infections are one of those If you properly treat infections, the level will come down This is treatable
