*Do eye exercises for stronger vission ,like Side to side, up and down , near and far focus , Gaze in to darkness,
* massage the eye (closely )with two fingers in circular motion .
* close the eye very tightly then open and do it for 10 mins .
* Use thriphala churnam for eye wash .
* Take 1tsp Triphala ghritham at bed time .
