How testicles torsion pain will be? Is it pain near testes or cords? Does it swell like hydrocele? Do pains little in time periods? Or continuous pain? What if untreated will patient dies ? Pain is in interval and does pain more or just discomfort in pipe/nerve which attached to testicles basically which hangs left and right testicles feels like variocele pressure in groin and lower stomach which is has lump as from the pic my testicles looks normal size?
