hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Are you feeling sensitivity - cold or hot? Please visit a dentist to get diagnosed the extent of fracture. Treatment plan would depend on that. If it's not deep, a tooth coloured restoration can be done or else root canal may be required.

Hello Sir Greetings of the day. Please visit a doctor to know the extent of the fracture. If it only involves the enamel a tooth coloured restoration can be done and if it deep a RCT will be needed.

The discomfort that you are suffering is that kind of pain or just sensitivity? If it is pain then you need to undergo root canal so visit your nearest dentist ASAP
