Most likely you are suffering from IBS and should do a diet control. Take tab Pantop-D 1tab daily empty stomach. Eat multiple small meals instead of few large ones. Eat less spicy food. Take homeopathy medicine carbo veg 200 4-5 globules once a day. Continue the treatment for 1 month and report.
