Ideal age to get pregnant

My age is 30 years & my wife is 29 years old.. As I am planning to shift to another city for my job , we may have to wait for family planning.. just wanted to understand ideal age to carry pregnancy for women.. Some of the family members of my wife's side had to undergo IVF for pregnancy.. so my wife is worried about delaying family planning.. kindly guide
