Left testicle is bigger than right

I don't feel any pain but my left testicle is bigger than my right testicle. My left testicle is egg sized but my right testicle is 2 rupee coin sized. Is it an issues..?? Kindly do help me.

HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL  SURGEON IMMEDIATELY. MAY BE TESTICULAR TUMOUR WHICH IS SILENT. SO CONSULTATION IS NEEDED.TILL THAN TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TESTICLES SHOULD NOT HANGED SO USE A GUARD, OR COTTON PACK INSIDE UNDERWEAR SO TESTICLES LIE ON THAT SO   SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE.OR LANGOT CAN ALSO BE USED. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN TO SAY. O.K BYE.
