My son is 5 month 27 days old suffring from loose stool and fever what to do please help me out...about the loose motions

Depends on the severity of dehydration If the baby is passing urine adequately (usually more than 6-8 times a day) nothing to worry about.. If the urine output is less,baby is cranky Kindly consult your nearby Pediatrician

Give ORS. Mix one packet of ORS in one liter clean water. Keep giving sips.. upto 40 to 50ml after each loose stool. If he is not accepting ORS, or vomiting everything, becoming dull.. consult immediately. For fever, do tepid sponging, give paracetamol. Baby weight is needed to suggest dose.
