My sister having lower back pain since 1 day...when she move from one particular position then she will  experience sever lower back pain..no other symptoms present

1 day pain at this age should be a muscle sprain, unless she has other symptoms associated with it. Rest, local application of a volini gel or ice Pack should reduce the pain. If symptoms persists consult a doctor.
