Masturbation addiction is getting worse

I have masturbation addiction since I was a teenager. I could stay away but for 3 weeks at a time or at max 3 months at a time. I can't really control it after the slightest impulse.

Hi , masturbation is a normal natural act for both gender. Don't give significance to myths created by few for their personal gains. It doesn't cause impotency or harmful to ur body. Only concern u have to take care is  u should not deviate away from ur work or studies or whatever areas ur into. Tc. Thanks
